How do classes work?
Drop Ins
Drop in style classes are offered on a rotating weekly basis and offer the chance to try out a discipline you’re interested in or fit in your bad@$$ training around a busy schedule! These are considered the best place to start if you are brand new to being bad. View our booking page for schedule and availability. Book Now
4 Week Series
Once you have committed to being bad, our 4 week series are the best way to grow your skills and level up! We believe in progress not perfection in all our evil endeavors, so we encourage all minions to work on building skills and technique each week to achieve Evil Super Villain status. How Much Do Classes Cost?

These on going drop in classes are a great way to try out our Villainous offerings! Choose individual classes to suit your schedule and evil deed goals.
Drop-in classes are 60-min classes which focus on one element of alternative fitness training such as twerk, heels, floorwork, pole skills and more. Feel like a boss all while getting a great workout with your fellow villainous babes.

What do I wear?

Workout pants for warm ups, shorts (shorter is better) for skills, and a fitted workout top. The more bare skin the better your grip for Pole Dance.
Beginner classes are done barefoot, high heels are introduced in Level 2 and up.

Fitted long workout pants and a workout top.
Beginner Chair Dance is taught barefoot, but you have the option to wear gym shoes, jazz flats or modern dance shoes. No street shoes allowed.

Clothing that allows for broad movement, makes you feel sexy, and small (1”-3”) heeled shoes. Character shoes, mary janes, ballroom shoes (women’s or men’s) etc are all acceptable.

Fitted bootylicious workout clothes. Garments should allow ass…ets to move freely so students can see movement. Knee pads are HIGHLY recommended for this class!

A two inch heel will be good to start. Boots are the best but any chunky heel will do. We don’t recommend stilettos unless they are specifically dance stilettos.
Stretchy pants, shorts, or leggings are great. Consider wearing knee pads so that you can slide around on the floor comfortably.

Fitted long workout pants and a workout top.
Some aerialists choose to wear wrist tape, aerial boots etc. in more advanced levels. For beginning drop in you should only need to make sure your legs and lower back are covered.

Come comfortable and ready to move. Fitted long workout pants or shorts and a workout top.
When should I arrive?
We suggest arriving 10 minutes before class starts to ensure adequate time to settle in, use the restroom, change, and say hello!
There is free on street parking and a small lot located in front of the studio.
Please note that we have a maximum 10 minute late policy. Unfortunately, if you miss warm ups at the beginning of class, you will not be admitted and no refund/transfer will be administered.
How do I rent the space?
Want to practice somewhere other than your infamous living-room? At only $15-$20 per hour Villainy studios are affordable for fellow fitness fiends and students! Practice skills, rehearse routines, or host your own dance fitness classes and more! Available weekdays and weekends, please see our rental page for exact open times.
How do I host a party at Villainy?
Villainy parties are the perfect way to take over the world with your friends and fiends. Popular for bachelorette parties, birthdays, and just because you rule. Our villainous lair is designed to unleash your power and make you feel like the bad@$$ you are!
