General Studio Policies

Our group classes are for students 18 years or age and older. 

All class registrations must be done via our website. 

We will continue to monitor the CDC recommendations and make adjustments accordingly regarding the wearing of masks. At this time we are not requiring the use of masks. There are disposable masks available at the front desk if you would like one. If you feel unwell or think you have a possible exposure, please stay home. Thank you for keeping each other safe.

If you are late to class, you must warm yourself up before joining class. Villainy is not responsible for any injuries sustained to participating in activities ‘cold’ or for any skills missed due to late arrival. 

For Series:

You may cancel or transfer up to 5 days before the first date of your purchased series to receive credit to be used towards a future series for yourself. Any cancellations less than 5 days in advance are non refundable nor transferable. 

We have a minimum enrollment of two students per series. If your class does not make minimum enrollment, you will receive an email to that effect and a full monetary refund.

You will receive an email with details regarding your series before it starts. Keep an eye out for it as spam filters sometimes stop our emails from making it to your inbox. 

If you must miss one class during your series, you may make up that class by attending a similar class as approved by the instructor. Make ups must be used during the series in which the absence occurred. Only one make-up class is available per series. 

For Drop In Classes:

You may cancel or transfer up to 24 hours before your class starts to receive class credit to be used towards a future class for yourself. Any cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non refundable nor transferable. 

Waitlist:

If you are interested in a series or a class that has sold out, please email us and we are happy to add you to the waitlist. You can be added to the class up to 24 hours before the class starts, so keep an eye on your email box if you are hoping to be added. 

Pole Dance Class Policies

Do not apply lotion or oils at least 24 hours before a pole class. This makes the poles slippery and therefore dangerous for those using them. Remove any rings or bracelets before class.
