Our alternative dance and pole training series are designed to welcome those new to being bad, while challenging avid fitness enthusiasts alike.

Feel empowered, have fun, get fit, and feel good being bad in our pole dancing classes, chair dancing classes, burlesque classes, heels classes, twerk classes, drag classes and more!

Our Syndicate of instructors each have years of experience dancing, coaching, and performing! These Super Villains are here to make you feel like the bad@$$ you are!
