Drop-in classes are 60-min classes which focus on one element of alternative fitness training such as twerk, heels, floorwork, pole skills and more. Feel like a boss all while getting a great workout with your fellow villainous babes.

Our syndicate of instructors all have a wealth of knowledge to impart to future Villains, and will occasionally do so via special workshops offered throughout the year. We will announce any workshop or workshop series being offered in our newsletter, social media, and front page so be sure you are subscribed!
