How do you know which level to take?

Pole is a journey that is unique to each person and the speed of which is dependent on many factors such as past movement experience, injuries, flexibility, strength, and time availability to devote to the sport and cross training. Most students repeat a level multiple times until they are ready to move on to the next. This is completely normal and expected!

We here at Villainy highly recommend training in pole 2-3 times a week to see more rapid growth, but we also understand that you are a busy b*tch with lots of life to live, so once a week is also great!

The chart to the right is guide for determining which level of pole is right for you. Check in with your instructor if you aren’t sure if you are ready to move up. It’s not a race, so enjoy the journey!
